Zephyr Continued!

Zephyr day 3
Another beautiful Morning in Zephyr Cove....my allergies are calm at the moment...So I'm goin' for it!

 I made us french Toast on the griddle...and you can see Stephen is a Happy Camper! He gets all excited when I cook! And the way I camp....there's No Ruffin' it for me!!

After planing our day....we decided to walk to the beach again and see the place we made our Vows....
These are the steps where we were...10 years earlier...this View to our back.....

 And here we are....(I want a refund) Just teasing!
It was windy today...35mph...No Boats, Bodies or Jet skies....So, we came back to camp....and Stephen played the piano (In his Tent...with earphones) and I played house in my Shasta!
Stephen also lost his iPod, we cant find it...It must have been taken...We looked and looked. I do have the app where it can be tracked, but it hasn't been on line...If anyone finds it...there is a Reward...!

The Munchkins where running all over and chattering up a storm!
 

After dinner, Stephen made a fire and we roasted (Burned) Marshmallows...with a wire hanger!(So Old School!)

 I love to burn, blow and peel...Yummy!

Zephyr Continued!

Zephyr Day 2
Woke up to (the garbage truck) Sunny sky's...Bird sounds and chipmunks buzzing all over the camp ground...soo Cute! I also woke up with horrible allergies....Ohh Well...Must move forward!

( It was Ironic that the trash pick up was on the same day as when we are at home...and the sound of the truck reminded Stephen...he should have called our house sitter about our Pickup...Ohhh Well...there's always next Sunday!)

We walked across the street to the Golden Zephyr Sand beach...warm with a mild breeze....Active with sun bodys, boats and jet skies...
We brought our chairs, drinks and munchys...
We sat there remembering when we came 10 years ago...
Of course we have different perspectives on the details...and you all know I'm right!!

 

Geese family came up to those who would feed them....others would gracefully swim on....

 The M.S. Dixie is docked...Yes, we were on that 10 years ago...for the Dinner Cruise...just an hour after getting Married on the Zephyr Beach...Although...Honestly...We were Both soo Looped, we hardly remember! But I do remember I don't know who else I spilled my drink on...who I talked to at the dinner...or what I said! (My apologies to anyone who remembers!!)

When we came back from Lake beach, there was a box and note...

 

Soo Many nice people! I hung the Flamingo lights and had them on every night... Thank you Vicki!

Anniversary Trip to Zephyr Cove Nevada!

Stephen and I are celebrating our 10 year Anniversary...Spending time with family and taking a trip to Zephyr Cove, NV where we were married...

 

It was Great to spend time with the family...Laughs, Food, Drinks and Catching up!

Our Shasta was Ret-To-Go this morning and we headed off to NV...

 7000+ ...Then back down to Lake Level!

We got a great spot, private and the Sun was shining! Perfect weather to set up!

Shasta is set to nest...

 Should be Great weather this week...high 60's-70s. The bird sounds are different...Chipmunks everywhere... and we heard there was a bear wondering in the camps last night...Glad I missed it....

 

 Such a Beautiful Place...Getting friendly waves and spontaneous drop by's wanting to see!!

Our New Shatsa Awning!

After doing a lot of research, and drooling over the Nifty awnings the Vintage Trailer sights had...We finally went for one! Our Shasta now has a "Marti's Awning" ! We ordered it on Monday and it came on Friday! Four days later! Marti helped us with color options when I sent a picture of our Shasta.What a Perfect Fit!

 

We set it up on the Perfect Non-Windy Day and enjoyed a cocktail under the Awning!!

                 Cant wait for our next Camping trip!

Today...It was another Sunny day...I worked on the inside...
I added a Mid-Century decal to the back wall...

It's hand done...thin black vinyl tape and round dots...
Just the back wall...it's Just enough!
