Pismo Beach Continued.....

Tuesday, Stephen and I decided to do different things...I'd check out other Thrift shops and He would play the piano and watch a Game...

I headed for Pismo, Grover Beach and Oceano....Found a few Nifty things for the Boutique and a Lot of Super Nice People! 
You know...I do enjoy the GPS directions by Google Maps...except when the place isn't even there...Gone, Vacant, Moved or demolished...Google maps Needs to Update!! Although one dead end got me a Picture if this Awesome little Cutie!!

Later, I went to the Pismo Beach....Beautiful Blond sand....these are the beaches closest to our Camping sight.

Just Beautiful!

When I got back to the Shasta, Stephen was just coming back from the Elks. We sat for a cocktail, shared the day then walked across the street to see the Bird Pond....
White Ducks, Mallards, Flock of Seagulls (and No, I don't mean the Band!!) also Pigeons....Ohhh...and all the other random Birds in their Natural State!!! Wear a hat I say---Wear a Hat!!

 

 After hanging with the Peeps at the Park, we started the BBQ for burgers and Chicken...

 I made a salad with my chicken....

Stephen made his Heart attack Burgers....!

Our Movie for the Night was Miss Potter...<3 <3

After that...Time to put the Hubby to bed....!

Wednesday, we decided to go to San Luis Lobispo....Found a Beautiful Old Theater...

 Love the details and the Amazing side walkway!!

Love the downtown area...all the older Buildings...Fabulous Architecture!!

After checking out a couple shops and taking random roads to see the Old neighborhoods, we set off to Pismo to drive along the edge of the coast were the Million Dollar houses hug the beach views and over look the Beautiful Waters!

Such a Beautiful Place!! Kinda feels like Trinidad and Stephen said: Cresent City...I said: Let's stick to Trinidad-ShallWe??!!

And a Couple with a Silly Face....

After seeing the Fab houses and getting a chill...we came back to the Shasta, made dinner and watched Big Fish.....A little Twisted, But Cool Non the Less!

Such a Great Movie!!!

Thursday...

Made French Toast for Breakfast...Yummy!!

We needed to find a laundromat...got the scoop and headed over to Grover Beach and washed some Lingerie!! 

We also took the Man Den Tent down to pack for our trip back to Petaluma Friday...We cleaned, Fung Chowed and Prepped for the early Departure...

We Face the Shasta for a Colorful View!!!

We Did however, set up the Mini Man Den for Stephen under the Awning....(YeaY)

Had Cocktails, Dinner and Watched Joe dirt...Stupid Funny!!

Sooo...We are off to Petaluma Friday...Back to the Elks....We will Miss Pismo!!

Saturday eve after dinner and Cocktails, we set up the small Man Den underneath awning....
All Cozy and tarps down...

And soooo...Stephen-Who Loves Camping...Gets toooo!

Sunday was our 11th Anniversary

We got the Shasta all packed up and ready for Pismo...

 On our way...which seemed to be ForEVVVerrrr....We drove by The Madonna Inn....And Yes...We will Pass...And We Did!!


After the 4+ hours of Freeways...we finely came to Pismo Beach! Soo Beautiful! Blue water, Palm Trees and Blond Sand...

 

 We quickly found our spot and started setting up!

Monday we made Apple Cinnamon Pancakes with Fresh fruit! Yummy!!!

After Breakfast, we mapped out our plan for seeing the area and checking out some thrift shops!

After a couple nifty Finds...We went to lunch at a Japanese Restaurant in Grover Beach...

Another Yummy!!!

 After lunch, we went back to the Shasta to check on the wind...it was pretty gusty....there was a light covering of sand on everything...and we had to tighten the straps to the awning....

 

All is well...So we decided to go the the Elks next door for a cocktail and to check out the Lodge...

All Elks are Different, but are the same in some respects...Always Friendly...And some how, the Folks there look a lot like the Eureka Elks...
In a Word..I stood Out... Again!!
After cocktails, we came back and watched a movie....

Awesome Movie!! High energy, Visually Desertful!!

Pismo Beach Week...

Soooo...We are on our way to another trip out of town!

After keeping the Shasta under a tent during Winter...we planed our trip to Pismo.

We left Friday morning with Trailer in Tow...Had a Great drive to Petaluma, Sunny and light traffic! The Elks RV Park is Clean and Quiet...There are Dogs...and No Children!!

 We decided to stay at the The Elks In Petaluma for a couple days...It was breezy and we really had to tie the Awning down good! We got a chance to have a cocktail under the Awning, then went to The Elks for an evening Nitecap...

 Stephen usually has his Big tent, not enough space here, so we'll get that set up in Pismo Sunday.

After too many drinks, we hung out in the Shasta and watched the Mask with Jim Carrey...Funny!!!

I know he got sleep last night...He got to sleep in the Shasta...while I was hearing a Bear snore next to me...Oh well...what can ya do? He's my Husband...Gotta Sleep with him sometime!! ;-)
I'll get some sleep later!!!

We made French toast and enjoyed the morning...Got Stephens Piano set up and he played for a couple hours...

 
While I work on this...Stephen is at the Elks watching a game...
We plan on BBQ steak and chicken for dinner, cocktails and a movie...Tomorrow we head for Pismo Beach!
